Provalis Research is pleased to announce the launch of its newly revamped and improved website – live as of September 7th 2012.
The launch of the new website, which offers quick and easy access to essential information on Provalis Research software, is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information and resources to users worldwide.
The user-friendly website boasts a modern design and provides more support resources, allowing users to learn basics features of the software and troubleshoot issues on their own:
- All tutorial and demonstration videos have been grouped by topics in the new tutorials section. Each video demonstrates how to master specific software features. Additional soon-to-be-released videos will offer a complete library of demonstrations covering every feature of our tools.
- The forum is back! We’ve moved to a brand new forum platform that offers better protection against false registrations and spamming. Users can now communicate what they have learned and share information with one another.
- A new frequently asked questions and answers (FAQs) section has been introduced, containing helpful tips to get started with Provalis Research tools.
- With the new Solutions section, users will learn how Provalis Research tools can help achieve research outcomes across various domains using quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods approaches.
