QDA Miner 6.0.9 New Updates February 16, 2022 - News & events

There are new improvements to QDA Miner 6 in version 6.0.9. QDA Miner 6.0 was introduced in September 2020. The most recent updates include an improved feature to remove unnecessary carriage returns and hyphens. Previously limited to a single document or a text selection, with this new feature it is now possible to apply such a correction to all cases. This will be especially useful for those importing text from PDF files or eBooks which sometimes causes paragraphs to be fragmented by carriage returns appearing at the end of each line. We fixed drag-and-drop behaviors of the clustered coding dialog box and improved its responsiveness. A few additional minor fixes were made to the text retrieval and code consolidation features. We also improved the importation of HTML files with images.
