I hold a Ph.D. in sociology and I studied methodology as a subject in itself. I am a methodology coach for those who wants to design a qualitative research and perform a systematic and data-driven analysis of qualitative data. I help researchers to keep their “explorer” role during the whole research process including the analysis and to digitalize the research process.

I opened NAM Qualitative Research Centre in Turkey (2013) and have offered Computer Aided Qualitative Data Analysis (CAQDAS) workshops to hundreds of academics in disciplines such as medicine, sociology, psychology, nursing, marketing, communication and many others since 2007.

I co-organized an international conference in Istanbul, “Qualitative Computing: Diverse Words and Research Practices” (2011) with top-level speakers from the UK and Germany with participants from 15 countries.
